ENTRY LEVEL THREAT ANALYSIS CERTIFICATE

The American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and Health-ISAC have partnered to develop an entry level – Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Certificate

Today, given the criticality of IT systems and data for healthcare organizations, it is important that they have a strong cyber security capability to protect their assets and help address challenges as they arise. However, cybersecurity professionals are in short supply. Organizations can benefit from the ability to up-skill employees to perform entry-level cybersecurity functions as a cost-effective answer to the staffing/talent issue. And, for employees in the organization, a path to gain basic cybersecurity knowledge and the ability to enter the field in a basic functional area could provide them with the potential for improved career opportunities and improved earning potential.
