Quick Look:
- Irma is now a Post-Tropical Cyclone and will continue to weaken and move northwestward throughWednesday.
- Moderate to locally heavy rain in the Mid-South and Southeast will move into the Ohio Valley and Middle Atlantic byWednesday. Some of the heavier rainfall may produce flash flooding.
- All storm surge warnings and tropical storm warnings have been discontinued.
- Weather in the Southeast will be conducive for recovery operations in hard hit areas.

- Reported power outages
o Florida: 5.11 million customers
o Georgia: 1.19 million customers
o North Carolina: 65,000 customers
o South Carolina: 220,000 customers
- Most airports in Florida scheduled to open and resume flights today
- Looting remains a concern for both residents and first responders
